1. GENERAL SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are applying for www.princelia.com
&info@princelia.com relating to the sale and purchase of products on
the website www.princelia.com. All sales transactions are effectuat on a
legal basis.
1.2 The sale and purchase of products via
www.princelia.com will be governed by the following Terms and
Conditions for all registered users princelia.com and guests who wish
to purchase products via this website. These can not contradict the law
of Greece Republic and can be supplemented with additional provisions
(information about services, goods, prices).
1.3 At any time by
updating the web page princelia.com reserves the right to update the
website and may revise these Terms and Conditions relates product’s
prices, descriptions, safety options, etc. From time to time, those
options could change and our company is under no duty to notify Client
of such updates. All changes become effective from the moment of
updating this website.
1.4 If the Client placed an order before any
changes to the conditions were made, the product is delivered to the
Client in accordance with the previous conditions, except as otherwise
provided by the laws of Estonia or herein.
2. PRODUCTS PRICE
2.1 All prices of our products are in EURO (€) and include all taxes (VAT).
2.2 The shipping cost are not included in the price of product and it depends on the selected method of transfer and an amount.
2.3 The prices can be changed by princelia.com at any time without notice.
2.4
If an order was done before the price change, the product will still be
charged at the rate prevailing at the time of the order.
princelia.com not refund the difference in price of products.
2.5 The final order price displayed in the personal shopping cart.
3. ORDER AND PAYMENT
3.1 princelia.com is seller and Client of the web site www.princelia.com is buyer.
3.2
After placing an order, the Client will receive the invoice and order
confirmation by email from info@princelia.com. If the Client didn’t get a
notification about the order, please contact us by info@princelia.com
3.3
The invoice will contain full list of ordered products, delivery method
and cost, all required payment details and contacts.
3.4 When
placing an order, the Client selects a method of payment (net banking,
debit/credit card or cash) and a shipping method. It is important to
check with the rights of the customer and supplier.
3.5 The sale
contract between Client and princelia.com will be deem as complete
and formed, when we will send to the Client the dispatch confirmation
email and when a full payment amount will be received to
princelia.com bank account. princelia.com secure payment provider
record data, which will constitute the proof of the date and contents of
the order.
3.6 After receiving payment, it will take us 1 business day to process your purchase.
3.7
In case, when money not received by our bank account during two
business days, the order will be cancelled. These conclusion steps of
the contract are applicable irrespective of the proceedings for buying
via www.princelia.com.
3.8 By using the website www. princelia.com ,
Client confirms that has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions
and agrees with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of
technical data exported from Estonia. All orders placed on
princelia.com and delivered out of Greece will be subjected to
possible taxes and custom duties, which are imposed when the parcel
reaches its delivery place. The Client is responsible, and has to take
in charge these possible custom duties and taxes, related to the
delivery of an item. 1 princelia.com is not responsible for checking
and informing the Client of the applicable custom duties and taxes.
4. DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY
4.1
After order’s payment, the products will be shipped to delivery address
that was indicated. If some products is out of stock, our company will
inform the Client as soon as possible by email or client’s contact
number.
4.2 The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and an order’s location.
4.3
In case that, the Сlient would like to change delivery address, it is
necessary to inform our company as soon as possible. Client is
responsibility to inform our company of any address or other relevant
details change. In case when, an order has been send to the Client, it
is not possible to change the delivery address.
4.4 princelia.com informs the Client by email that the parcel has been dispatched.
4.5
Delivery and proper shipping depend on how precise information provided
by the Client. The products will delivered properly, in case if the
order has been correctly placed. For security reasons princelia.com
will not send any order while it is not possible to identify the
client’s address or personal information. princelia.com is not
responsible for any delivery delays or information mistakes provided by
Client.
4.6 If the product (not package) has been damaged during the
delivery time, the princelia.com has the rights to replace the
product with new one. If a replacement is not possible (due to lack of
product), princelia.com pays the Client the cost of the damaged
product.
4.7 princelia.com have the rights to adjust and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
5.1
All products in princelia.com online store are 100% original.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Product images may
differ from the actual product. Products description, pricing and
availability displayed on the 1 princelia.com under product’s
illustration. In case of doubt or for further information, do not
hesitate to contact us.
5.2 According to the Law of Obligations, the
Client has 14 days from the delivery of the parcel to return it to
princelia.com if the product was not suitable for the Client. In case
of order return, the product should be in same condition in which it was
send by our company. Tags, labels and any other accessory related to
the product should be on same place. Our company will not accept to pay
back the order price to Client, if product of order send back damaged,
soiled, broken or incomplete.
5.3 For order cancellation, the Client
should send an email to info@princelia.com during 14 days from the
delivery date of the order. The main subjects of email should be the
reason of order return, client’s name and order notification.
5.4
Within 14 days from the time when defect on product was found, Client
should inform us with email to info@princelia.com . The main subject
of email should be client’s name, contact information, date of making a
claim, photo of product defect, invoice number or copy of invoice.
5.5 princelia.com is not responsible or liable in defects that appeared as result of fault or negligence of the client’s use.
5.6
If the product is non-suitable for the Client and need to be returned,
the Client is responsible for the cost of product return charge.
princelia.com covers postal fees only, if it was wrong or defective
product delivered to the Client.
5.7 If all the mentioned conditions are complied, return will be paid within 30 days.
5.8
In case, if Client would like to exchange product for a different one
or the same product but different size, the Client is responsible for
the postal fees.
5.9 If the product has defect that was impossible to
detect by external examination and that did not appear at the opening
of the package, as well as if the product is not what was ordered,
princelia.com has the right to reduce the price of the product ordered
or completely reimburse the cost of product to the Client.
6. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
6.1
princelia.com is liable before the Client for any damage resulting
from violation of the conditions in accordance with the legal acts of
Greece
6.2 The Client is liable before princelia.com for any damage
resulting from violation by the Client of the conditions in accordance
with the legal acts of Greece. The Client is responsible for provided
information and all the consequences that may arise from the information
provided to them.
6.3 Neither of the parties is liable before the
other one for conditions violated in the form of a delay or failure to
comply with obligations in case this was caused by force majeure
circumstances independent from the parties. The Agreement will be
suspended during the period in which the force majeure event goes on and
it is not a violation of the General Conditions.
6.4
princelia.com does not compensate for moral damage that caused by
change of prices, product delivery time, etc in the framework of the
current conditions.
6.5 princelia.com does not refund the
client's expenses caused by circumstances when the Client undertakes an
obligation before third parties (independent from princelia.com ) on
conditions contradicting the current conditions.
6.6
princelia.com will not reimburse for the Client any loss of profit,
consequential or other economic loss due to changes in prices, delivery
times, etc.
6.7 princelia.com will not be liable for any failure or
delay in performance of any of our obligations under an agreement that
is caused by outside events our reasonable control (force majeure
events).
6.8 The maximum amount of compensation may be the cost of
the product and delivery of the ordered by the Client in princelia.com
online store.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 The use of our website
www. princelia.com the Client gives clear and deliberate consent to
the use of personal data provided princelia.com .
7.2
princelia.com uses the personal data provided by the Client only to
process the client's orders and is treated with all due confidentiality.
It is not passed to third parties except for cases the delivery method
selected by the Client provides for it, as well as in cases provided for
by the law.
7.3 princelia.com reserved the right to send
information about new products and advantageous offers, if the Client
signed up for a newsletter of princelia.com . The Client has the right
to remove the contact information from our database.
7.4 For
matters that are not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the Client
and princelia.com governed by laws and legal acts of Greece
7.5 In
case of disagreements or disputes in the implementation of these Terms
and Conditions, the parties, first of all, try to reach an agreement
through negotiations. If the disputes arising from the contract can not
be solved by negotiations, both sides (both Client and princelia.com)
are entitled to apply to the Department of Consumer Protection or the
court for protection of their rights.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1
The use of www. princelia.com website and agreements for purchase of
products, through this website will be governed by the Greece law. If
any of these General Sales Terms and Conditions or any provision of an
agreement declared to null, then it does not affect the validity of
other terms of the contract and replaced by another provision.
8.2 Any protest about these General Sale Terms and Conditions are governed by the Greece law only.
