Return Policy  


All processed orders are final and there is no return, refund or exchange for those items. We can warranty for the condition of every product in the parcel before delivery.  In case of damaged deliveries  when it is visible YOU DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel  if doesn't the you should contact immediately with   your local post office and complete the relevant Damaged Delivery Claim Form. Order Cancelling

Your  order can be canceled  before  been  performed .The products' removing is also possible under the same condition .In any case you should  e-mail on info@princelia.com
